Past Experience
Instructor - Pedalheads Bike Camp
June 2021 - August 2021
Interacted with children as a summer camp counsellor with Pedalheads. This included setting up and running games, songs, teaching children how to ride a bike without training wheels, and leading neighbourhood bike rides. I learned the importance of patience and teamwork while working 30-40 hours each week.
Self Employed - Baking
2017 - Present
Baked and decorated hundreds of cakes, cupcakes, and pies to sell to individuals. Created a website, social media following, and order forms to grow my personal small business. Used this platform to advocate for issues that I am passionate about.
Volunteer - Liberal Party of Canada
August 2021 - September 2021
I worked alongside Team Sonia Sidhu for the 2021 Canadian Federal Election. This involved canvassing, phone calls, and scrutinized ballots on election night. I collaborated with volunteer groups of 2-10 youth. I also interacted with my community by informing voters of the Liberal Party of Canada's political platform and goals.
Girl Guides of Canada
September 2015 - Present
I have been a Brownie, Guide, Pathfinder, and Ranger in the Girl Guides of Canada program. I organized events, meetings, and workshops for younger girls in Girl Guides. This included setting up, taking down, and running events for girls aged 6-12. I also have helped younger branches with badgework by hosting sessions about water systems, the environment, camping, music, and painting.
Volunteer - Knights Table

I aided in the kitchen by cooking and washing dishes. I also actively worked with the food bank where I packaged and sorted food, as well as serving meals to anyone who comes and needs a meal. I also interacted with people in my community who had any inquiries as to how to volunteer, donate, or sign up for food deliveries.
President, Project Secretary - Zonta

I was responsible for logistics and event planning for Central Peel's Zonta Club, a youth branch of Zonta International, for the 2020-2021 school year. This includes hosting weekly meetings for 50-70 participants as well as monthly initiatives including workshops on gender in speech, menstrual hygiene product fundraisers, letter writing to members of the federal government, and podcasts regarding a monthly focus. for the 2021-2022 school year I am the president of my school's Zonta club.
Finance Officer - Central Peel Secondary School Interact
August 2020 - June 2021
In charge of finances for Central Peel's Interact Club. Hosted virtual conferences and fundraisers as well as facilitated weekly discussion groups with students. Planned monthly service projects. Raised over $1800 towards the Indigenous water crisis, $1000 towards youth homelessness, and planned BLM panels.
Infield Volunteer - UCI Tissot World Cup
2020, 2021
Worked in ticketing, coat check, VIP lounge and greeter at an international sporting event held in Milton with thousands of attendants. Tasks included selling merchandise, greeting athletes and guests, guiding attendees to seats, and serving food. This also included a youth exhibition race held at the same time as official competitive racing where I demonstrated 3 types of races, scratch, points, and elimination race, to hundreds of students from the area in hopes of promoting the sport.
Volunteer - Brampton Library
2018 - 2019
Planned and facilitated daily STEM workshops designed for children 6-12. Assisted the Brampton Public Library with book shelving, signing people up for activities and library cards.
